Who can use Goodwill?
You can use Goodwill to write a legally valid will online if you live in Singapore, require a non-Islamic will, and you’re over 21 years old.
Why is Goodwill only for people living in Singapore?
Goodwill makes writing your will effortlessly easy and legally sound. As laws vary across jurisdictions, the product has been custom built by legal experts to ensure that it follows the Wills act, and other acts relevant to family law here in Singapore.
It will be available for other jurisdictions in the near future.
How can I request a refund?
To request a refund, you can either send a message directly to our team of will experts using the live chat messenger on this website, or you can email us at email@example.com with any queries.
When contacting the support team, you can help us respond quickly by emailing us from the email you registered your Goodwill account with.
Where is my refund? It's been more than 7 days
Approved refunds usually appear in your bank account within 7 days, although international payments may take longer.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 days, please contact us to learn about the status. If it has been deducted at our end, you can then contact your bank directly and ask about pending refunds to your account.
It’s also possible that refunds within 24 hours of purchase may not even appear in your account. The charge will be dropped from your bank statement - in that situation, you will not see a debit or a credit in your statement.
There is a mistake in my will, how do I fix it?
Not to worry! Goodwill has unlimited edits, forever, for everyone.
To make edits to your will, log in to your Goodwill account here and you can edit any section of your will.
Remember though, if you download and print a new will and have a signing along with two witnesses, it is highly recommended that you destroy your old will. This ensures that your executor (the person who carries out your will) doesn’t get confused as to which will is the one that actually represents your wishes.
How can I delete my Goodwill account?
We’re really sorry to see you go!
If you would like to delete your account (and all related data), please make a account deletion request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org using the email address you registered with Goodwill, and just state in the email that you wish to delete your account.
