Your executor also acts as trustee for anything your children inherit before they turn 21.
Property you own on your own, or as a tenant-in-common, is covered by your will. Property held as joint tenants passes to the surviving co-owner instead, unless you're the last surviving owner – then it passes under your will.
You're resident outside Singapore, so your will covers your Singapore assets only. It isn't intended to cover anything you hold outside Singapore. It revokes your earlier wills only as far as they relate to your assets in Singapore. Get independent legal advice so your existing wills aren't affected by mistake, and so your will is valid under the laws of your country of residence.
You're resident in Singapore, so your will can cover your worldwide assets. For assets outside Singapore, get independent legal advice in that country to make sure your will is recognised and effective there. If you move out of Singapore, get legal advice to make sure your will stays valid.

Some things pass outside any will, so they need their own plan.
